Customer Value Partner - Ophthalmology (KAM) Małopolskie / Świętokrzyskie 

 

As a Customer Value Partner (KAM, SKAM) for Ophthalmology, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, deeply understanding the healthcare system, hospital operations, and market dynamics. You will deliver advanced, tailored solutions that enhance patient outcomes while aligning with Bayer's goals of Empowered Teams, Inspired by Customers, and Pioneering for Impact.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and hospital administrators;
  • Provide expert insights into how Bayer’s products can improve patient care and operational efficiencies;
  • Take full ownership of high-priority accounts, including hospitals and healthcare systems;
  • Establish comprehensive and measurable outcomes for midterm and long-term objectives, regularly monitoring and validating them;
  • Drive collaboration in Customer Teams to deliver strategic outcomes aligned with Dynamic Share Ownership (DSO) principles;
  • Make informed, data-driven decisions impacting both short-term and long-term outcomes for healthcare institutions;
  • Leverage innovative engagement tactics, including digital tools and personalized experiences, to drive the adoption of Bayer’s products.
