About the Role

We are now seeking a dynamic Senior Partner Manager to lead strategic growth through partnerships, you will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic wholesale transport partnerships across brokers, 3PLs, 4PLs, airlines, and platform providers. With a focus on commercial growth and market expansion, you’ll drive outcomes that maximise network utilisation and create mutual value — all while operating independently from direct sales channels to maintain compliance.

Leading a team of account managers in NSW, this key leadership role is suited to someone with deep transport industry knowledge, a commercial mindset and the ability to drive results by inspiring others and leading by example.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute a structured partnership strategy to grow wholesale transport revenue

  • Lead commercial negotiations and shape long-term agreements that benefit both TGE and our partners

  • Align closely with pricing, solutions, and operational teams to ensure scalable and sustainable partnerships

  • Coach, mentor and lead a high-performing team of Account and Partner Managers

  • Monitor performance against budgets, optimise resources, and drive performance improvement

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while expanding our reach and relevance in market

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of senior leadership in sales, partnerships, or account management in transport, logistics, or supply chain

  • Strong experience working with 3PLs, 4PLs, brokers, and carriers

  • Proven track record in managing and growing strategic commercial partnerships

  • Ability to lead with influence, coach for high performance, and align teams to commercial objectives

  • Data-driven mindset with strong planning, forecasting, and performance management skills

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
