In this role, you'll be both a trusted advisor and a champion for culture, engagement, and development. You’ll partner closely with our Regional Directors of Operations and hospital leadership teams, providing strategic and hands-on support across a variety of HR areas—from employee relations and performance coaching to learning and talent planning. If you’re energized by building strong partnerships, solving meaningful challenges, and helping others grow, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do?
Build strong relationships with leaders and teams to understand their goals and challenges.
Help shape and deliver people strategies that align with business priorities.
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and team development.
Lead talent planning and help identify high-potential team members and future leaders.
Coach and support managers on performance conversations, team dynamics, and employee development.
Champion engagement and culture-building initiatives that reflect our core values.
Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to meet training needs in the field.
Analyze and share people data to drive decisions and highlight opportunities.
Visit hospitals to provide onsite support and help ensure people programs are successful.
Lead or support employee relations and workplace investigations with care and professionalism.
Partner with the People Ops Director and cross-functional teams on special projects.
What We’re Looking For?
5–7 years of HR business partner or generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-state setting.
A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and guide leaders at all levels.
Strong communication and coaching skills—you know how to listen, advise, and build trust.
A collaborative and flexible approach. You thrive in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment.
Experience using people data and systems to inform action. (Bonus if you’ve worked with Workday!)
