Job Description:

The Company is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in growing The Companys online presence across key platforms across North America. In this role, youll have the unique opportunity to shape our marketing team and be given significant responsibility to help build and grow the business. This impactful position reports directly to our leadership team, comprised of seasoned SaaS executives with extensive experience in scaling businesses across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Develop and manage high-quality content for the website, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
    • Write compelling, customer-focused copy aligned with our brand voice for different stages of the buyer journey.
    • Translate customer stories, product updates, and event outcomes into engaging content.
  • Email Marketing (Mailchimp):
    • Build and execute email campaigns and newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring clear messaging, proper segmentation, and strong calls to action.
    • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and iterate on campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Rev Ops, Events, and Sales to align messaging and campaign goals.
    • Coordinate with the design team to ensure all content is visually engaging and on brand.
  • SEO & Analytics:
    • Apply SEO best practices to web and blog content to improve search visibility.
    • Use Google Analytics and related tools to track content performance, inform strategy, and report on KPIs.
    • Recommend content updates or experiments based on data insights.
  • Brand & Channel Management:
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.
    • Manage social content calendars and support growth of our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a content marketing, digital communications, or email marketing role (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Ability to learn things quickly and be proactive about upskilling themselves.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and getting stuff done on time.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft content that engages and converts.
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp for email campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and coordination with creative teams.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

Other Details:

Work Mode: Remote - Full Time (9 hours)

Experience: 1-3 years

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 2 hours overlap with Canadian hours - 9 pm - 11 pm (PKT). Rest Flexible timings
