As a Global HR Systems & Process Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our global HR transformation by supporting the implementation and continuous development of our HR system landscape. 

With a strong focus on Workday, you will contribute to harmonized processes and digital excellence – across regions, functions and cultures.

Your mission
  • System implementation & optimization
    • Drive and support the global rollout of Workday modules, including design, configuration and testing.
    • Analyze global HR needs and translate them into effective, scalable system solutions.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities based on system capabilities or user feedback.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Act as an interface between HR, IT, Payroll and Finance – aligning priorities and ensuring system consistency.
    • Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure high-quality data and adherence to governance standards.
  • Reporting & data handling
    • Develop and maintain standard Workday reports and dashboards.
    • Perform mass data uploads and manage data interfaces and third-party support as needed.
  • Enablement & documentation
    • Provide guidance and training to HR users worldwide.
    • Create and maintain system documentation and user materials.
Your profile
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation
  • Experience working in an international HR or HRIS/HRIT role
  • Familiarity with global HR processes and system landscapes
  • Experience with Workday (implementation or module configuration highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to work independently and build solutions from scratch
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
