  1. Corporate Secretary: Automating the company incorporation, secretarial, filing, Nominee Director, mailroom and immigration processes via custom online robots and SleekSign.  We are the market leaders in Singapore with ~5% market share of all new business incorporations
  2. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Redefining what it means to do Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax and Payroll thanks to our proprietary SleekBooks ledger, AI tools and exceptional customer service
  3. FinTech payments: Overcoming a key challenge for Entrepreneurs by offering digital banking services to new businesses

We are looking for a Customer Success - Upsell  that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: The main mission is to help Sleek achieve its revenue target by offering more services to our existing client’s base

We are looking for a customer focused, data driven and disciplined customer success person to join the team and contribute to Sleek’s growth!

Outcomes: 

  1. Achieve cash collection targets on a monthly basis (around 75k SGD per month)
  2. Keep customer satisfaction at the highest level (NPS>97)
  3. Track effectively your pipeline and have a data driven approach to prioritise your tickets
  4. Prepare proactive campaign via Hubspot of other means to increase collection
  5. Contribute to the scaling the upsell process by working with the Data and CRM teams

Requirements

Must have:

  1. 3-4 years in Sales or Account management, in role carrying sales target (ideally around 75k SGD per month of targets)
  2. Experience working with SMEs
  3. Exposure to different culture because Sleek clients are from all over the world 
  4. Experience in startups
  5. Familiar with hubspot

    Nice-to-have
    1. Zendesk and Tableau experience
