Our client is a top-notch IT services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  1. Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in targeted international regions.

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.

  1. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders and key influencers in enterprise-level organizations.

  • Gain a deep understanding of client challenges and propose tailored tech-driven solutions to meet their objectives.

  1. Internal Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with internal departments to synchronize strategies and support company-wide goals.

  • Provide coaching and share expertise with junior sales staff to enhance team capability and performance.

  1. Complex Deal Closure

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process for complex deals, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms while meeting company goals.

  1. Sales Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular sales performance updates to leadership.

  • Leverage data insights and market feedback to refine strategies and ensure sales targets are consistently met.


Requirements
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized international university; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

  • At least 5 years of international business experience, specifically in B2B technology solution sales.

  • Preference will be accorded to candidates of Malaysian ethnicity who possess Singapore citizenship.

  • Possess an established network in the construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals with enterprise clients.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Strong grasp of technology offerings and ability to articulate their business value.

  • Goal-driven and strategic thinker, able to thrive under pressure in dynamic markets.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for engaging clients across cultures and industries.
