About the Role
The Cloud Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing innovative solutions to help enable Cloud partner community to accelerate the growth of their business. This position will leverage existing Cloud programs and Cloud Center of Excellence capabilities to provide ongoing support for the growing partner ecosystem.
Manage the Cloud Partners Program including iterating on current program mechanisms and developing new ones as needed to continue to scale the business
Participate in the development of the Cloud Partners Program
Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Programs organizations on Partner Agreements, Partner Onboarding, Contracts Teaming and Contract Compliance as it relates to the business
Support the Cloud Channel Development Reps in embedding the vendor program into TD SYNNEX partners and measuring defined goals and outcomes of the Joint Business Plans
Provide ongoing support for existing Cloud partners to achieve new competencies and maintain existing competencies
Identify and develop collaborative relationships between existing and new partners focused
Drive awareness of TD SYNNEX into vendor and targets vendor Partners
Deliver monthly measurement of key channel KPI’s to executive and sales leadership
3 years executing Cloud business strategy and planning; Cloud enablement and training; Cloud billing; Cloud-focused bid strategy and proposal support
Advanced/ fluent English
