You are capable to combine effective data analysis, communication skills and the ability to translate technical findings into clear recommended actions.

As part of an international team in a truly global organization, you will have an excellent opportunity to reporting directly to our Marine Performance Advisory Manager. This role can be based in one of our offices—either in Athens, Greece, or Monterrey, Mexico.

You will collaborate with Hempel’s customers on a range of topics dedicated to optimizing vessel performance through advanced coatings. Your role will involve enrolling customers in our digital solutions, establishing data connections, and analysing data from various sources—including vessels, satellites, environmental monitoring systems, and visual inputs—to deliver holistic insights and actionable recommendations.

Your ultimate goal is to help our customers improve operational efficiency, reduce fuel costs, and minimize CO₂ emissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing performance data, identifying critical metrics and trends and translating them to actions
  • Delivering structured and engaging customer presentations
  • Provide advice on hull maintenance strategies and operations
  • Supporting and training local sales teams to leverage performance data in promoting our premium coatings
