With your expertise, you will collaborate closely with all technical and business team to develop intuitive, customer-centric solutions that support our environmental mission.

If you enjoy this
  • Setting strategy and approach for CRM systems development/build, maintenance & support (internal and external)

  • Owning contracts, overall architecture, security, and backup & recovery for all CRM/CRM-related systems & tools (Salesforce and all integrated third-party no-code/low-code tools)

  • Managing the people organization supporting these tools (Admins, Devs, Consultants & Associates)

  • Acting as the sparring partner for senior leadership and key business stakeholders on CRM capabilities and roadmap

  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring CRM delivers measurable business impact

And recognise yourself here
  • Hands-on experience in people management and Salesforce iimplementations and operations

  • 6+ years of dedicated experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role

  • Strong grasp of Salesforce solution architecture, including systems integration and data flows

  • Experience with Salesforce administration and/or consulting, ideally across multiple clouds or business functions

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendors/consultants effectively

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions

  • You balance strategic thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
