Job description

  • This role is a 15-month Fixed Term Contract, covering for one of our colleagues whilst they are on parental leave.
  • Hybrid working: we spend 2 days together a week, with this role based in our London Dean Street office.

MONY Group’s mission is to help households save money, we supply products from over 800 financial providers to more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, helping UK households save approx. £2bn each year, something we’re incredibly proud of. However, our market is highly competitive, and our customers deserve even more, so we’re constantly improving our platform, products and ways of working.

Decision Tech is the B2B arm of MONY Group. We are a market-leader in providing B2B comparison services, with a thriving network of white label, API and affiliate partners across a broad range of products.

We operate as an agile, specialist business unit, building flexible, innovative partnerships, while offering our partners the benefit of the wider Group’s commercial, product and operational infrastructure.

Our team has a fun, fast paced and vibrant culture. Everyone is collaborative, committed to one another, and brings industry leading skills and experience. We believe that our team is at the centre of our continued success.

We work hard to get the right people on board and have created an environment in which you can thrive. We celebrate fresh ideas and enthusiasm, and we seek colleagues that will bring these qualities and more.

This is an exciting time to join Decision Tech, as we embark on the delivery of new strategic horizons in 2025 and beyond. We’re looking for someone whose ambition matches ours and wants to drive their career forward during this next phase of Decision Tech’s growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to drive growth opportunities across our ever-expanding affiliate network. You’ll be responsible for managing, growing and diversifying the MoneySuperMarket.com and Quidco affiliate programmes, and developing new, innovative solutions that will further enhance our best-in-class proposition.

Reporting into the Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll get exposure to multiple teams and colleagues across the business in your delivery of consistent, effective and scalable strategies. As the B2B team continues to grow, there will likely be opportunities to expand the role into a broader partnership remit.

What you'll be doing as an Affiliate Manager:

  • Own and elevate our affiliate programmes: Take full ownership of our affiliate activity across all key product verticals, ensuring MoneySuperMarket and Quidco remain leaders in the space.
  • Build powerful partnerships: Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with affiliate networks and partners to unlock new opportunities and drive performance.
  • Turn data into growth: Use performance insights to optimise campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and double down on what’s working, all backed by data.
  • Discover and onboard new partners: Proactively research and recruit new affiliates, ensuring all partnerships align with our regulatory standards and brand values.
  • Seize the moment, and plan for the future: Spot tactical opportunities to boost short-term performance while working cross-functionally to deliver long-term strategic growth.
  • Measure what matters: Track, analyse, and report on performance against critical metrics, turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Support smarter decisions: Contribute to financial and data processes, including performance reporting and validation, to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Be the voice of affiliates: Represent the affiliate team in weekly trading meetings, sharing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Shape commercial strategy: Collaborate with commercial and category teams to define promotional mechanics, set cashback levels, and build commercially sound frameworks.
  • Align with the bigger picture: Ensure all affiliate activity supports broader business goals, seasonal campaigns, and delivers strong margins.

What we're looking for:

We’re excited to meet someone who brings a thoughtful blend of experience, curiosity, and collaboration to the table. If the following sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Affiliate expertise: You’ve got proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally managing an in-house programme within a digital-first environment. You understand the landscape and know how to make it work.
  • Commercially savvy: You’re comfortable working with targets and data, and always keep the bigger business picture in mind. You know how to balance performance with purpose.
  • Opportunity seeker: You’re naturally proactive, always on the lookout for new ideas and initiatives. A sales mentality helps you spot potential and act on it with confidence.
  • Negotiation know-how: You’re a skilled negotiator who finds mutually beneficial outcomes and build lasting value through strong commercial agreements.
  • People person: You build rapport easily and enjoy working with a wide range of people. Whether it’s a partner, customer, or colleague, you know how to connect and collaborate.
  • Data-driven: You’re comfortable diving into data to uncover trends, spot risks, and highlight opportunities. You’re confident using Excel and ideally have experience with Tableau.
  • Quick learner: You pick up technical concepts quickly and enjoy understanding how things work behind the scenes.
  • Marketing awareness: You have a good grasp of core marketing channels and understand the practicalities of campaign execution.
  • Collaborative communicator: You’re a great teammate who communicates clearly and works well with others to deliver phenomenal results, especially when deadlines are tight.
  • Resilient and curious: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a challenge, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo when needed.
  • Bonus experience: If you’ve worked with affiliate networks (especially Awin) or used HubSpot for account management, that’s a huge plus (but not a dealbreaker!).
