Responsible for the daily operations, administration, and support of the Archer platform

Maintains documentation, provides end-user support, assists with data analytics, and works with business areas to optimize Archer usage Configure Archer to meet project requirements, including user interface and troubleshooting Develop standard Archer requirements documents for end users and tools teams.
\r\n\t
Enhance user experience and provide navigation training as needed.
\r\n\t
Design Archer dashboards, Views, and reports based on business area requirements
\r\n\t
Follow enterprise change management process for installation and troubleshooting of Tripwire agents
\r\n\t
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities between compliance teams and Tripwire managed service Subject Matter Expert
\r\n\t
Assists with creation and distribution of reports / dashboards
\r\n\t
Assists in maintenance of the global scope of IT assets, controls, control owners, risks, etc. that make up the TRC program.
\r\n\t
Supports governance processes that oversee TRC programs.
\r\n
\r\n \r\nRequirements:\r\n\r\n
\r\n\t
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit and/or IT Security OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit and/or IT Security
\r\n\t
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
\r\n\t
Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance such as: Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
\r\n\t
Experience communicating conceptual and technical information both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external clients).
\r\n\t
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
\r\n\t
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
\r\n\t
Knowledge of and experience with project management (for example, planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
\r\n\t
Experience working in the IT Industry and/or in a global organization
\r\n\t
Experience administering or working with governance tools such as Archer, Tripwire, etc.
