Job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead role. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong people management skills, an empathetic approach, and a keen interest in policy development, process automation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Support:

  • Confidently and empathetically handle employee queries, leaves, and emergencies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a connected and motivated workforce.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Develop, introduce, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
  • Manage and maintain the HRMS system, ensuring accuracy in employee records.
  • Work closely with the back-end team to ensure timely salary processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

 Recruitment & Employer Branding:

  • Lead technical recruitment efforts, ensuring the right talent acquisition strategies are in place.
  • Build and promote the company brand within the current workforce and among potential hires.
  • Enhance onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new employees.

Process Automation & Efficiency:

  • Identify and implement automation solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.

Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:

  • Organise periodic employee engagement activities, both online and offline.
  • Foster a culture of motivation and creativity, encouraging employee involvement.
  • Maintain an artistic and open mindset, adapting to change and driving innovation.
