We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Program Manager to join our CX department and help shape how we deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. In this pivotal role, you will be a key driver of execution, working across teams to translate vision into results.

About The Role

  • Lead complex, end to end initiatives, from ideation through planning, execution, and adoption. Ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable impact.
  • Monitor project & program milestones, manage risks and scope changes, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and addressing gaps across systems, processes, and data infrastructure.
  • Act as both a strategic orchestrator and a hands-on executor, managing high-priority projects while maintaining a strong connection to the broader business vision.
  • Partner with CX leadership and other stakeholders across teams to drive alignment, ensure visibility, and support progress on our most critical initiatives.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions through clear, consistent communication.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management or operational roles in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong methodological thinking and familiarity with program management best practices.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deep-dive into technical domains and connect execution to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to align and collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders and levels, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – a strong advantage.
