We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Intern for the 2025 Fall (September to December) to support our internal and external communication efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate messaging, content creation, and employee engagement strategies
Principal Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and plans
Support the creation and dissemination of internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media content, intranet articles, etc.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Help organize and coordinate events, meetings, and presentations.
Drafting and updating internal communications materials, such as staff communications and SharePoint intranet content;
Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Enrolled in a post-secondary program specializing in communications or have obtained a diploma or degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information within a regulated environment.
Bilingual in English/ French an asset.
