This individual plays a key role in maintaining brand voice, supporting cross-functional communication, and partnering with agency and internal teams to ensure message alignment.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in campaign messaging for paid media, influencer partnerships, and trade-facing platforms.
  • Partner with legal and regulatory teams to ensure messaging is compliant across markets.

Internal Communications

  • Contribute to internal communication efforts that promote alignment, transparency, and consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Draft executive messaging, talking points, announcements, and internal newsletters.
  • Support change management and organizational updates with clear, employee-focused communication.

Guest Communications

  • Coordinate the development and review of pre-cruise and onboard guest communications, including transactional emails, welcome letters, and service updates.
  • Collaborate with Guest Relations, Hotel, and IT teams to ensure guest-facing messages are clear, timely, and on-brand.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing crisis or disruption messaging in partnership with Legal and Marine Ops.

Public Relations

  • Support the execution of the global PR strategy in collaboration with agency partners to help secure media coverage and elevate brand awareness.
  • Assist in preparing executives for interviews and speaking engagements.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to help identify opportunities and manage potential risks.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs—ideally in travel, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
