Identify, evaluate, and lead new integration opportunities with strategic vendors (e.g., EHRs, workforce platforms, engagement tools)
Define integration roadmaps and co-develop requirements with Product and Engineering teams
Lead partner negotiations from concept to signed agreements
Drive commercialization efforts through joint marketing, sales enablement, and customer education
Ensure integrations are supported post-launch with defined KPIs
Lead partner cadences (QBRs, GTM plans, enablement initiatives)
Track adoption, revenue impact, and customer feedback for each partnership
Serve as a key liaison across Partnerships, Product, Sales, and Marketing
Bring partner and customer insights into product and GTM strategies
Create internal enablement materials to support integration adoption
Stay ahead of trends in post-acute care technology and integration ecosystems
Identify new platform adjacencies and expansion opportunities
Represent Activated Insights at industry events and with key ecosystem players
7–10 years in partnerships, business development, or product alliances—ideally in healthcare SaaS or enterprise software
Proven track record leading integration-based partnerships and go-to-market success
Strong knowledge of post-acute care or broader healthcare tech ecosystem
Technical fluency with APIs, integration frameworks, and product lifecycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking adoption, usage, and ROI
Success in working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
