Job Summary

As the Senior Executive Learning & Development, you will be responsible designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify executive development needs and design programs to address skill gaps and foster leadership development.
Design and deliver high-impact learning programs.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and stakeholders to understand business priorities and align learning interventions accordingly.
Implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and impact of executive learning programs.
Analyze feedback, participant evaluations, and key performance indicators to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.
