Position Title: Account Manager

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Seeking a motivated and commercially savvy Account Manager to manage, grow, and develop client accounts in the promotional products space. This role combines client nurturing, cross-selling, and new business development - all from a back-office setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Nurturing & Account Growth
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients

    • Understand each client's business calendar (events, campaigns, gifting seasons)

    • Recommend promotional products that align with client goals

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

    • Monitor reordering cycles and suggest timely refreshes

    • Maintain regular email and phone communication

    • Build long-term client loyalty and satisfaction

  • New Business Development
    • Research and identify potential new clients

    • Initiate outreach via email, phone, and networks

    • Understand prospect needs and present relevant solutions

    • Convert leads into active, long-term clients

    • Maintain and track a new business pipeline

  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with quoting, design, and production teams

    • Brief internal teams on client expectations and branding

    • Update CRM with all engagement and sales activities

    • Share market feedback with the broader team


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years in account management, client service, or B2B sales

  • Experience in promotional products, marketing, or print is a plus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, organised approach

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
