Job Description

Summary:

You will sell our products and services to existing named accounts within a defined geographic territory, with a focus on main industries including Water Treatment, O&G, Petrochemical, Transportation, Cement, Power, Data Center (IDC). Maintain and develop relationships with assigned industry main accounts to drive market share and customer satisfaction. May manage accounts independently or work as part of a team.

You will be reporting to SALES TEAM LEAD, IPE & HEAVY INDUSTRY.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will formulate business strategies to grow overall sales and market share through distribution.
  • You will coordinate activities and resource utilization within the sales organization.
  • You will implement and measures all Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs.
  • You will be the single contact for each assigned distributor.
  • You will manage the development of assigned distributors and their performance.
  • You will analyze account requirements and develop account penetration plans with the distributor to increase market share.
  • You will resolves market access issues resulting in conflict (i.e. APR violations)
  • You will measure distributor performance and implements distributor performance improvement programs.
  • You will facilitate the implementation of new product launches and promotional programs through the direction of all market access team resources, including the distributor's personnel.
  • You will take an active role in coaching distributor personnel and evaluating their competency in the support of Rockwell Automation products and services.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or Business.
  • 5 + years sales experience in industrial automation, motion, or controls.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding multi‑million‑USD quotas.
  • Solid knowledge of PLC, VFD, servo, and IIoT/SCADA solutions.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
