In this position you will be responsible for selling the organisation's B2B products across multiple channels within the infrastructure and energy segments.

You will have the unique opportunity to work in a truly global sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager- Infrastructure Portugal and be based in our office in Portugal - Palmela. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.

This is what you can look forward to in this role

  • Providing customers with specifications, quotations as well as product advises including advanced technical knowledge.
  • Commercial and growth responsibility for customers by generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling and in accordance with the sales targets.
  • Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions. Using all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customer.
  • Identify and communicate sales leads and opportunities in CRM.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Degree in engineering or equivalent in years of experience in sales positions.
  • Experience in sales within the coatings, infrastructure, or construction materials industries is a preferred, but we welcome diverse and strong sales backgrounds and transferable skills.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills & ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working with Excel including Microsoft Office package and D365.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
