We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our high-volume hiring efforts across operations and support teams. In this role, you’ll take charge of interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ATS upkeep—ensuring every applicant receives a professional, timely, and thoughtful experience.
This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones
Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Recruiterflow)
Draft and send timely communications (rejections, interview invites, updates)
Manage job postings and ensure consistent applicant flow
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline processes
What You Bring:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or admin support in high-volume environments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Familiarity with ATS systems, Google Workspace, and Slack
Availability to work PST or EST hours full-time
