Job Summary:

The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.

Sales Pitch:

Customer Engagement:

Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Track and report sales performance metrics.

Follow-Up:

Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

Team Collaboration:
