PeoplePartners is on the hunt for an AU Finance & Admin Support Officer to support one of our amazing clients — a values-driven Australian consulting firm. You’ll be their go-to for keeping the backend of the business running smoothly: think invoices, reports, and all things admin!
About the Role
This is no ordinary support role. It’s a brilliant blend of finance (bookkeeping) admin (40%) and general administration (60%) — working remotely, in sync with Brisbane time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage AP, AR, and daily bank entries.
Keep Xero and other systems squeaky clean and up-to-date.
Create client docs, reports, and feedback summaries.
Support CRM tasks and keep the team humming.
Be the admin engine behind proposals, certificates, and testimonials.
