Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to sell HVAC and Appliance Repair Technician courses. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid customer service and sales role, with a strong ability to close sales over the phone. The position involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads, as well as promoting the value of our courses.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive enrollment in our HVAC and Appliance Repair Technician courses. This hybrid role blends customer service with proactive sales, requiring a strong ability to engage with and close qualified leads primarily through phone interactions. You will be instrumental in guiding prospective students through the value proposition of our courses and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and Outbound Sales: Handle inbound warm leads (90%) and make outbound calls (10%) to engage with prospective students.
  • One-Call Close: Perform sales using a one-call close approach, confidently asking for the sale over the phone.
  • Customer Support: Assist potential students by answering their questions and providing information about the courses.
  • CRM Usage: Utilize Go High Level CRM for managing leads, tracking interactions, and scheduling follow-up.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Experience in selling over the phone or by video is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Confidence in Closing: Comfort in closing deals and asking for the sale on the first call.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn a commission.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level) is beneficial but not required. We can train the right candidate.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in HVAC or Appliance repair industries.
  • A recruiter mindset and experience in sales training are valuable.
