Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a methodical, detail-oriented Subscription Renewals Specialist to manage the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of software subscriptions. This role is critical to maintaining recurring revenue and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are renewed accurately and on time. Strong communication skills, process discipline, and comfort with data and billing systems are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for software subscriptions, including pricing, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage a pipeline of upcoming renewals, ensuring on-time execution and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Managers to align on customer needs and account health.
  • Identify churn risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support customer retention efforts.
  • Interpret and audit contract details, ensuring renewal terms and pricing are accurate.
  • Generate and manage renewal quotes using tools like Salesforce CPQ or billing systems.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure correct invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Provide reporting and renewal forecasts to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline processes.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, subscription management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with subscription metrics like MRR, ARR, and revenue lifecycle.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced, remote teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or other ERP/CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS environments with recurring revenue models.
  • Familiarity with the Sage Intacct ecosystem or working with VARs and partners.
