About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused French-speaking Payment Specialist to join our team remotely in Portugal. As part of the payments operations department, you will play a key role in processing transactions, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring smooth and secure financial operations for our French-speaking customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction failures.

  • Provide top-tier support to French-speaking customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Support and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

  • Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions and support documentation.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Good command of English.

  • Prior experience in payments, finance, or customer support is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be currently residing in Lisbon or Porto (or surrounding areas) and have the right to work in Portugal.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment suitable for remote work.
