Responsibilities:
Calendar management
Help with team onboarding - emailing and following up on team tasks/goals
Follow up on client related pending requirements and follow ups from 5 agents via email and phone calls
Assist with monitoring and track agent requirements, goals and deadlines
Handle basic social media management, like daily posting of quotes/content
Support communication between team members
Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel/Powerpoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with basic social media management
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Detail-oriented and organized
Professional phone manner
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience in financial services industry preferred
Position available as 20 hours/week, possible fulltime in 6 months
