Job description

This is a remote position.



Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week Monday-Friday 9am - 2pm California time with unpaid break 1 hr

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Help with team onboarding - emailing and following up on team tasks/goals
  • Follow up on client related pending requirements and follow ups from 5 agents via email and phone calls
  • Assist with monitoring and track agent requirements, goals and deadlines
  • Handle basic social media management, like daily posting of quotes/content
  • Support communication between team members
  • Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office tools


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel/Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with basic social media management
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Professional phone manner
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience in financial services industry preferred
  • Position available as 20 hours/week, possible fulltime in 6 months
  • Remote work with flexible scheduling options
  • Direct reporting to the broker/team supervisor
  • Handling sensitive financial information requiring strict confidentiality
  • Working within specified time zones to align with team schedule
  • Using provided secure VPN and communication tools
