Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you an exceptionally organized individual with a knack for details and a passion for helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? We're on the lookout for a proactive and dependable Personal Assistant to join our team!


In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our operations seamless—from managing digital and physical files, tracking receipts, and supporting bookkeeping, to scheduling meetings, handling logistics, and keeping our CRM (Pipedrive) perfectly updated. You'll be the right hand to our CEO, keeping calendars organized and travel plans coordinated, all while ensuring no detail falls through the cracks.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities: 
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Process and file receipts for expense tracking
  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense management tasks
  • Coordinate travel logistics for company personnel
  • Manage and update the CEO’s calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Keep the company’s CRM (Pipedrive) up to date
  • Perform general data entry and logistics tasks


Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in digital file management systems
  • Basic bookkeeping and expense tracking knowledge
  • Familiarity with calendar management tools
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
