We are seeking a skilled and experienced virtual assistant with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM and Apollo.io to support our team in optimizing our CRM setup. This is a short-term project aimed at ensuring our systems are correctly configured, integrated, and fully operational for our sales and reporting needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Audit and configure HubSpot CRM settings to ensure optimal performance and usability.
Verify and set up reporting dashboards and ensure accurate report generation.
Assist with integration and configuration of Apollo.io as a lead/data management tool.
Set up or review existing workflows, data flows, and sequences within HubSpot.
Ensure the live chat/agent feature is properly functioning and integrated on the website.
Provide guidance during a setup session (estimated 1–2 hours) with internal team members.
Deliver a summary report of actions taken and suggestions for future maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record of CRM setup, customization, and optimization.
