Job Title: Operations & CRM Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1400 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, with some overlap during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & CRM Coordinator to help keep internal systems running smoothly and support communication and organizational workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured processes, is eager to learn new tools, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) with accurate records.
  • Coordinate and support email campaigns, newsletters, and contact lists.
  • Assist with operational tasks, scheduling, and internal reporting.
  • Support data entry, documentation, and file organization.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordinator roles.
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Comfortable managing structured data and using basic productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive in completing tasks.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Written English proficiency.
  • Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
  • Experience working in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with making basic website updates in a CMS.
