Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to deliver strategic HR support to our global Software R&D and AI teams. This scope may change over time in order to match our business needs. You will be part of the HR team that supports our global corporate teams, requiring you to collaborate with leadership and employees across global tech teams, influencing organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and executing HR initiatives aligned with Foundever's business objectives.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics within a technology-driven environment. 

Key Deliverables
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of global HR strategies by collaborating with international HR teams while adapting to local requirements and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive initiatives in leadership development, professional growth, and succession planning to build and sustain a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
  • Lead organizational change efforts by delivering strategic counsel, developing communication plans, and supporting stakeholders through transitions, integrations, or restructures.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and positive employee engagement.
  • Utilize HR analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and produce data-driven reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement and oversee HR policies that uphold fairness, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and reflect global best practices.
  • Collaborate with  Enterprise Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and L&D teams to create integrated HR solutions aligned with business objectives

 

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 8 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with a strong emphasis on supporting multinational and multicultural teams.
  • Prior experience in technology-centric professional services organizations, especially those focused on IT and/or AI, is preferred.
  • Proven track record in building robust relationships with stakeholders and effectively driving organizational change at multiple levels; previous senior executive support experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating different business stages, including periods of rapid growth, organizational structuring, and transformation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset in addressing HR challenges and business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to inform strategies and assess effectiveness.
  • Utilize HR SAP SuccessFactors and other global HR platforms to manage employee data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Recruitment timescales and process
  • Meet with our Global TA team to ensure alignment between our offer, your professional experience, expectations and availability (30 mins) week commencing 30th June 2025
  • Meet our HR team to assess your professional experience and  problem solving mindset (45mins) targetting mid July.
  • Meet our Head of HR and Compensation for an informal chat and final alignment to make sure you fit into our exisiting team (45 mins) targeting end of July.
