Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview

Seeking a highly organized, process-driven Marketing & CRM Assistant to support our marketing operations and CRM onboarding workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems (specifically ClickUp, Go High Level and WordPress).This is a part time remote position, 20 hours per week with the potential to growth to full time within 30 days within a fast-paced, tech enables marketing company focused on serving the financial services industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing-related tasks outlined in ClickUp
  • Taking detailed SOP's documentation and recording videos + posting to support portal
  • Coordinate with our external technical support team by escalating defined tasks as needed (we have access to GHL experts, funnel builders, custom css/developers).
  • Support client onboarding inside our CRM, including repeatable, process-based activities
  • Conduct structured, client-facing calls with financial professionals (mainly insurance agents)
  • Assist clients with syncing their social media accounts with the CRM
  • Assist clients in uploading contact lists (CSV files), setting up custom domains, and connecting email accounts
  • Monitor user support requests, categorising and processing simple requests, identifying more complex requests and escalating.
  • Summarize pre-appointment setup work and streamline onboarding meetings (to begin with the VA could start with pre-appointment work + attend calls with our support person and then transition to holding their own short technical onboarding calls).


Requirements
  • Proficient in CRM processed (Previous Go High Level experience preferred but not required), WordPress, and basic DNS/email setup
  • Experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Comfortable with client interaction and tech onboarding
