En el departamento de Inside Sales buscamos un/a comercial hunter con experiencia demostrable en venta telefónica de soluciones online B2B, con una fuerte orientación a resultados y al cliente, y con capacidad para influenciar positivamente tanto al equipo como a los clientes hacia la consecución de objetivos.
Responsabilidades principales:
Recuperación de ex-clientes y captación de nuevos clientes potenciales.
Actuar de forma proactiva para cumplir los objetivos, tareas y compromisos adquiridos con los clientes o asignados por los responsables.
Convertirse en la persona de referencia para los clientes, gracias a su conocimiento del producto y valor añadido.
Identificar, captar y desarrollar nuevos clientes a través de las soluciones especializadas de InfoJobs.
Detectar las necesidades del cliente mediante el análisis de su cultura, estructura organizativa y procesos de decisión.
Evaluar la viabilidad de adaptar nuestros productos a los requerimientos específicos del cliente.
Trabajar para convertirnos en el socio estratégico del cliente, ofreciendo soluciones óptimas de atracción de talento.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en venta de soluciones B2B.
Experiencia en venta telefónica.
Conocimiento del mercado de empleo.
Formación mínima: Bachillerato. Se valorará formación universitaria.
Formación en técnicas de venta/comercialización.
Manejo fluido de CRM y gestores de contacto.
Dominio de herramientas de Google (Gmail, Sheets, etc.).
Idiomas: Inglés (valorable, no imprescindible).
Excelente comunicación telefónica, por email y en videollamada.
Fuerte orientación a objetivos y resultados.
