Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2200 USD (for exceptional candidates)
Compensation Note: Additional performance-based incentives or bonuses may be available depending on results.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST), weekend coverage rotated across the team.

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be the first responder to inbound leads -- whether they come in through web forms, partner networks, text platforms, or missed calls. You'll move prospects from maybe to scheduled through fast follow-up, smart communication, and collaborative teamwork. Success in this role means speed, clarity, and consistent, high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads from web forms, partners (e.g., Angi, HomeBuddy), and marketing sources.
  • Personalize and manage text follow-ups using Hatch or similar platforms.
  • Reconnect with unsold estimates and warm leads to drive conversion.
  • Return all missed or abandoned calls, no voicemail left behind.
  • Conduct outbound outreach during downtime (e.g., memberships, tune-ups, follow-ups).
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM notes and statuses in ServiceTitan.
  • Partner with dispatch, marketing, and comfort advisor teams to drive results and stay aligned.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or call center environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Capable of multitasking across CRM, text, calls, and Slack.
  • Results-driven with experience hitting performance metrics.
  • Friendly, high-energy communicator able to build rapport quickly with U.S. homeowners.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling to U.S. homeowners.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, or home services sales.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Hatch, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Prior remote work experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
