Job description

Title: Channel Partnership Manager – ISO/Agent Recruitment | 100% Remote 

Location: Remote / Field-Based
Industry: Merchant Services / Payment Processing
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 2-3x base)

PepperPay is actively seeking an experienced Channel Partnership Manager to grow and develop our ISO/Agent partner network. If you're experienced in Merchant Services and have a proven ability to recruit, onboard, and motivate high-performing sales partners, this is your opportunity to build a robust channel and benefit from lifetime residual commissions.

What You'll Do as a Channel Manager:
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of ISOs and independent sales agents
  • Build relationships with potential channel partners to drive merchant acquisition
  • Promote Pepper Pay's merchant services solutions to help partners close deals
  • Serve as the go-to resource for agent onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Maintain performance metrics and deliver on revenue goals
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on partner and market needs
  • Stay informed on trends in the Merchant Services and payments industry
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Channel Partnership Manager or Partner Manager in the payments/FinTech industry
  • Strong network of ISOs/agents or demonstrated success in partner recruitment
  • Deep understanding of Merchant Services, payment processing, and partner programs
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and meet revenue goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Channel Manager or ISO/agent-facing role
  • Background in selling or supporting payment processing, POS systems, or SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with high-risk merchant onboarding processes is a plus
