SuperBam is a leading content monetization company that helps creators and media publishers identify and program their content across digital platforms through our best-in-class digital rights management and audience development services.


We are seeking a Channel Manager to oversee and enhance digital content for a major faith-based influencer with 60+ million followers across digital platforms, including Patreon. This role is crucial for developing and executing faith-based social strategies that align with ministry goals and SuperBam's mission of empowering creators to Amplify their reach across all social platforms. This role will report directly to the Head of Amplify.

Note: SuperBam is a secular organization providing digital services to a faith-based client. Personal religious beliefs are not required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Week to week - fluctuates based on business needs:
  • Multi-Platform Content Management: Upload and optimize video content across digital platforms including YouTube (1 MM+ subscribers), Facebook (20 MM+ followers), Instagram (4+ MM followers), Twitter/X (9+ MM), and TikTok (250k followers)
  • Content Calendar Development: Create and execute weekly content calendars integrating daily devotionals, motivational quote graphics, book promotions, and event coverage with platform-specific adaptations
  • Patreon Campaign Management: Launch and manage Patreon campaigns framed as "ministry partnerships" with tier structures ($5-$50+) that align with evangelical values and community expectations
  • Inspirational Content Creation: Develop daily devotional materials, motivational graphics, scripture-based quotes, and practical life application content that aligns with the influencer’s positive, encouraging communication style
  • Revenue Optimization: Implement monetization strategies that balance financial goals with ministry integrity through digital product sales and exclusive content offerings
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance across platforms while reviewing channels to determine successful trends and patterns that drive engagement within faith-based audiences
  • Platform Compliance: Maintain current knowledge of religious content policies across all major social media platforms, ensuring compliance while maximizing monetization opportunities
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years experience in faith-based digital content management OR 3+ years general social media management with some faith-based content exposure
  • Demonstrable experience managing large-scale social media accounts (100K+ followers preferred) on YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and other social platforms
  • Basic video editing skills and graphic design capabilities for creating inspirational content in Premiere Pro and Photoshop
  • Understanding of evangelical audience preferences, prosperity gospel messaging, and Christian community engagement
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, SEO, and audience growth strategies specific to faith-based content
  • Basic copywriting skills for inspirational and spiritual content
  • Community moderation experience with ability to handle sensitive religious discussions
  • Strong communication skills with cultural sensitivity for evangelical audiences
  • Project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Understanding of Patreon platform mechanics and subscription-based community building
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
Location:This is a remote position but candidates must be located in CA/NY only. 

Bonus:
  • Experience with Patreon campaign management
  • Experience in Monday.com or other project management software
  • Background in non-profit or mission-driven organization management
Rate: $40/hour, 40 hours per week
