As the Director of Selection and Advisory Partnerships, you will develop strategic relationships with boutique, regionally focused, and large consulting firms and systems integrators in the NA region who are assisting their clients in assessing their supply chain needs, selecting the right supply chain solutions for their business, and making supply chain technology recommendations.

Your goals are to establish and strengthen new & existing partnerships, to scale the Infios selection & advisory partner ecosystem programmatically in the NA region and ultimately generate sales opportunities that translate into software solution bookings.

The ideal candidate will be in tune with the supply chain consulting ecosystem, adept at generating awareness and demand, as well as working closely with partners to influence and accelerate the sales cycle. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, relationship building, and a high level of productivity.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Manage and expand existing consulting partnerships in the NA region

  • Identify, recruit and develop selection & advisory partnerships to reach new accounts & segments, drive incremental revenue and deliver successful outcomes for end customers.

  • Understand partner contracts and drive commercial alignment between Infios and alliance partners

  • Position Infios solutions with partners to ensure they understand solution functionality, value propositions and target markets.

  • Build multi-level relationships within partners including C-Suite, marketing, sales, and delivery

  • Collaborate, develop, and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners

  • Drive cosell activities and opportunity collaboration with the partner and Infios sales resources

  • Team with Infios Sales, Presales, and Services to understand each of their processes and capabilities  and coordinate with internal resources to drive overall partner success

  • Drive new business opportunities via joint events, webinars and other partner go-to-market (GTM) activities.

  • Report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline data

  • Meet/exceed the Infios alliance partner pipeline and sales goals.

What you bring to the team:

  • You have a 5-10 years of partnership and channel/sales experience in enterprise software; salary (base and variable commission) and title are commensurate with work experience.

  • You have experience with cloud technologies.

  • You have at minimum a Bachelor Degree.

  • You understand supply chain and companies offering supply chain technology solutions.

  • You have experience collaborating with advisory partners, driving influence and relationship-building.

  • You have experience driving joint business plans and go-to-market frameworks with partners

  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • You are a strong internal and external collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset

  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • You can communicate complex subjects to C-level executives, including public speaking.

  • You are able to travel up to 25%-35%

Salary range* $130,000.00 USD

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
