We are currently seeking a Director of Product Marketing, that will work closely with product, strategic, and marketing teams. Key activities include defining and managing GTM launches, product positioning, sales and customer acquisition support tools, and product marketing content strategy. Our marketing organization is highly data-driven and so the ideal candidate must be proficient in running message testing, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions that drive measurable improvements to PaceMate’s® success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Own PaceMate’s customer personas, and buyer journey, identifying successful customer segments and creating strategies for growth within them
  • Developing messaging and content that clearly articulates the value proposition of PaceMate’s ® products and solutions
  • Work closely with product management to communicate our product roadmap, translating technical features into themes and benefits that drive attachment and adoption rates
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including product videos, white papers, case studies, webinars, and other collateral
  • Develop and support campaigns that drive expansion of and within our customer base. Support the analysis of content and messaging performance and other programs to make meaningful iterative improvements 
  • Partner with Digital Marketer to manage social media. 
  • Support management of public relations and analyst relations programs, including media outreach, analyst briefings
  • Industry event participation
  • Engagement &/or management with agency and freelance relationships for content, copy, graphics, and video/animation where necessary, in particular related to product promotion. Enable content generation by the marketing team members for the building of new PaceMate materials through third party vendors, freelancers, copywriters, and internal brand messaging ability to make simple WordPress changes as necessary to support new content builds. 
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive intelligence and market trends, and provide guidance to the product and sales teams on how to differentiate PaceMate in the marketplace
  • Acquire VOC through meaningful interactions with current customers and detractors. 
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including product
  • management, sales, and executive leaderships
  • Management of resource folders, making sure that content is up-to-date 
  • Support management of marketing calendars including conference, content, social media, PR and campaigns

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 10 years of professional marketing/education/product experience with at least 5 in cardiology is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree/MBA preferred
  • Experience in SaaS marketing strongly preferred 
  • Experience bringing new novel products to market
  • Ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary based on voice of customer and emerging trends
  • Proven ability to develop new, strategic business programs and positively impact business trajectories with experience in customer segmentation and targeting, competitive blunting, new product development and commercialization.
  • Cross functional team leadership experience required. Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including developing relationships in all levels of the organization and indirectly influencing business objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as individual contributor or as part of team, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
  • CRM and MA tool experience is preferred
  • There may be continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
  • Position will be remote, up to 25% domestic travel may be required
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in cardiology products or with similar products
Background in UX/UI design or software development
Knowledge of product analytics tools and methodologies
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with pricing strategy and go-to-market planning

COMPENSATION RANGE
In addition to our Robust Benefit Package mentioned above, we are targeting a compensation range of $123,000 - $185,000 depending on many factors including education, experience, familiarity with our product and industry.
