Job description

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate program and drive its success. You’ll be the go-to person for building strong, long-term relationships with partners, onboarding new partners, and ensuring they maximize their potential with us. This role works cross-functionally with teams across media buying, product, support, and R&D to unlock new growth opportunities and improve our offering. 

This is an end-to-end role, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys both relationship-building and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the entire affiliate program, from strategy to execution.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our reach.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with affiliates, ensuring their success and driving long-term profitability.
  • Analyze partner performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, product, support, and R&D) to gather insights and continuously improve the affiliate offering and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain affiliate resources, including knowledge bases, help centers, and FAQs, to support partner success.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, providing regular updates on program performance and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to keep our program innovative and attractive.



Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs, preferably in fast-growing, digital environments.
  • Proven track record of onboarding and growing affiliate partnerships that drive significant revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building and soft management skills; ability to motivate and support partners effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (media buyers, product managers, R&D, customer support) to execute growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with affiliate software platforms and performance marketing tools is a plus.
