The Role

You’ll drive cross-functional delivery of our AI-powered platform enhancements—leading scrum teams, refining backlog items, and ensuring engineers have clear guidance and ample momentum. You’re a master at ticket writing and backlog grooming; Jira is your playground.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead Agile Delivery:

    • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and delivery focused.

    • Manage End-to-End Tickets in Jira

    • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.

    • Refine, prioritize, point, and groom tickets to maintain sprint velocity.

  • Engineer Collaboration:

    • Ensure technical dependencies are well defined.

    • Break down epics, unblock impediments, and escalate issues promptly.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Synch regularly with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science to align on roadmap priorities, readiness, and release strategy.

  • Quality Assurance & Delivery:

    • Coordinate testing efforts, validate acceptance criteria, drive UAT sessions, and support production rollouts.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify and apply best practices across agile ceremonies, ticket hygiene, velocity tracking, and delivery reporting.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in technical project or product delivery roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software—especially AI, cloud, or supply chain solutions.

  • Proven Scrum Master chops: You regularly facilitate agile rituals and unblock teams through guided leadership.

  • Ticket maestro: Expert-level Jira user—fluent in backlog hygiene, story writing, estimation, dependency management, and workflows.

  • Technical fluency: Comfortable translating engineering work into clear, point‐based tasks; ability to ask the right questions and anticipate technical edge cases.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent at building team alignment, managing stakeholder expectations, and articulating scope and trade-offs at a strategic and tactical level.
