Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule (Philippine Time): Early Morning and Weekend Shifts - 28 Hours/Week
  • Monday: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM

  • Wednesday: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM

  • Thursday: 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM (as needed)

  • Saturday: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour break included)

  • Sunday: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour break included)


Our client is looking for a highly organized Admin/Rostering Assistant to support remote operations during early mornings and weekends. This role involves staff scheduling, recruitment support, training coordination, and general admin tasks—all critical to keeping the team running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:

Rostering & Scheduling

  • Create and update weekly staff rosters

  • Ensure all shifts are covered based on availability and qualifications

  • Fill urgent shift gaps and communicate changes promptly

  • Monitor roster efficiency and suggest improvements

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with job posting, screening, and interview coordination

  • Conduct reference and certification checks

  • Support onboarding and recommend strong candidates

Training Coordination

  • Help facilitate new staff inductions

  • Track training completion and compliance

  • Recommend external training options as needed

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage emails, calendars, digital files, and documentation

  • Prepare reports and maintain internal systems

  • Support managers with communications, reminders, and follow-ups

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Improve recruitment and rostering processes

  • Assist in developing team policies and procedures

  • Provide insights to enhance staffing and client outcomes

Workplace Health & Safety

  • Follow internal WHS protocols and report any concerns

  • Promote a safe and responsible work environment


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in admin, HR, rostering, or scheduling (required)

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills

  • Self-motivated and reliable under pressure

  • Proficient with digital tools and scheduling platforms

  • Stable internet and backup power setup (preferred)
