Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous freelancer to support our team with manual updates in ClickUp, our project management tool. This is a focused role with clearly defined processes, ideal for someone who enjoys structured work and has a solid grasp of ClickUp.
Main Responsibilities
Your core mission will be to handle manual ClickUp updates for different departments (marketing, tech, operations, etc.):
Input new tasks, due dates, assignees, and statuses manually in ClickUp
Update task progress, add notes, flag overdue items
Keep dashboards, views, and task lists clean and up to date
Follow up on missing or inconsistent information
Contribute to small internal projects (data sorting, reporting tweaks, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in admin, operations, or project coordination
Strong proficiency in ClickUp (required)
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Highly organized, reliable, and process-driven
Able to work independently and follow clear SOPs
