Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager IV is a proactive and results-driven individual whose responsibility will be to oversee and strengthen relationships within our Finance and Insurance Aftermarket Network (FIAN). This role will the primary point of contact for our partners, focusing on building strategic relationships, conducting ongoing business reviews, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue and expand our service offerings.  This individual will be skilled in client engagement, data-driven analysis, and collaborative problem solving.  They will work closely with partners to understand their evolving needs, surface actionable insights, and ensure our products align with their business goals. Additionally, the feedback received from these partners will be critical in guiding our product development efforts to better meet and exceed customer expectations and market demands.      

The Client Relationship Manager will partner with our FIAN team for the retention and growth of the Finance and Insurance Aftermarket Network. He/She will monitor partner performance, retention, and revenue to identify trends and opportunities for growth. He/She will also support the creation of partner agreements and own their delivery and execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage relationships with our Finance and Insurance providers and partners to help them derive maximum value from their partnership with FIAN.
  • Collaborate, working with product, marketing, readiness, sales, billing, and support teams to ensure successful initiative execution, implementation and support delivery.
  • Monitor the financial health of the partners and providers and build strategic plans to retain and grow revenue. They will also closely manage these partners to understand their evolving needs and look to grow additional rooftop and transactional revenue to assist in meeting CAI goals.  
  • Provide monthly service reviews to our top providers and partners highlighting service metrics, product enhancements, and KPI/SLA updates.
  • Weekly report out to leadership CAI, program or OEM related wins, challenges, asks and/or program opportunities.
  • Provide CAI leaders feedback on product, financial, operations, and support opportunities for the FIAN product that has been shared by providers/partners.
  • Negotiation of business terms and management for our partners
  • Continually evaluates processes, methodologies and tools as opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
  • Serves as the point of contact for escalations within product and sales around client requests.
  • Create and analyze business cases to determine project viability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or management and/or equivalent experience
  • Team player with excellent work habits and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization
  • Analytical and Strategic thinking
  • Problem resolution and creative thinking
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience dealing with large partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional teams
  • Self-Starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job and who can work effectively across departments and/or Cox Automotive entities
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time (approximately once/yr)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing 15 partners
  • Salesforce experience
  • Background in Automotive and Finance Operations
