They’re launching soon and need a sharp, organized, compliance-savvy operator to help us validate, test, and prep for growth.
Job Description:
Your primary focus will be helping us test our platform using real documentation scenarios and supporting our operational workflows as we get to launch. You’ll grow into a critical part of the team, helping with marketing, internal ops, and customer readiness.
Responsibilities
Pre-launch (Product-Focused):
Use mock client files to test the platform
Review compliance findings for accuracy
Document and report issues, bugs, or inconsistencies in the system's findings
Help shape SOPs for documentation workflows
Ongoing Operations:
Take meeting minutes and manage follow-up tasks
Maintain and organize our Notion knowledge base
Coordinate internal calendars, check-ins, and task assignments
Support marketing with campaign tracking, email list cleanup, and outreach prep
Assist with customer onboarding workflows post-launch
Requirements
Experience in healthcare admin, especially home health or compliance
Comfortable working with documents, forms, and intake files
Capable of familiarizing yourself with regulations for service line
Solid communication skills — especially written
Familiar with digital tools: Notion, Google Suite, spreadsheets
Super organized, process-minded, and proactive
