Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Product Operations Assistant (SaaS)

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours per week, flexible scheduling, between Monday-Friday)

Client Time zone: US Central Time (CST)


Client Overview:

Our client is an AI-powered compliance platform built for home health agencies.

The mission: make high-quality self-reviews easier, smarter, and more consistent — without relying on expensive auditors.

They’re launching soon and need a sharp, organized, compliance-savvy operator to help us validate, test, and prep for growth.


Job Description:

Your primary focus will be helping us test our platform using real documentation scenarios and supporting our operational workflows as we get to launch. You’ll grow into a critical part of the team, helping with marketing, internal ops, and customer readiness.

Responsibilities

Pre-launch (Product-Focused):
  • Use mock client files to test the platform
  • Review compliance findings for accuracy
  • Document and report issues, bugs, or inconsistencies in the system's findings
  • Help shape SOPs for documentation workflows
Ongoing Operations:
  • Take meeting minutes and manage follow-up tasks
  • Maintain and organize our Notion knowledge base
  • Coordinate internal calendars, check-ins, and task assignments
  • Support marketing with campaign tracking, email list cleanup, and outreach prep
  • Assist with customer onboarding workflows post-launch

Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare admin, especially home health or compliance
  • Comfortable working with documents, forms, and intake files
  • Capable of familiarizing yourself with regulations for service line
  • Solid communication skills — especially written
  • Familiar with digital tools: Notion, Google Suite, spreadsheets
  • Super organized, process-minded, and proactive
