Are you a former college athlete, coach, or someone deeply familiar with the recruiting and admissions world? Do you have a track record of consultative sales success and a heart for helping families make life-shaping decisions?

Crimson Athletics — a division of Crimson Education — is seeking a driven, mission-aligned Athletics Advisor to lead high-impact consultations with families and student-athletes navigating the complex path to college athletics. In this client-facing role, you'll combine your sports knowledge, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to guide student-athletes toward securing roster spots and scholarships at top-tier colleges.

Crimson Athletics is redefining the recruiting process by fusing elite athletic guidance with world-class academic support. Backed by Crimson Education, the global leader in college admissions consulting, we’re on a mission to unlock opportunity for student-athletes across the U.S. and beyond.

This is a full-time, remote position.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • Conduct personalized consultations with families to assess athletic and academic potential and present Crimson’s tailored offerings.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with student-athletes and their parents.
  • Close high-value sales by guiding families through the recruiting journey and addressing their concerns with empathy and confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to follow up on warm leads and refine conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Represent Crimson Athletics at webinars, showcases, in-person events, and conferences.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline sourced from inbound marketing, referrals, partnerships, and events.
  • Stay informed on NCAA recruiting regulations, timelines, and college athletics trends.

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally in education, sports, or high-trust services.
  • Are a former student-athlete or coach or have a deep understanding of the college recruiting landscape.
  • Thrive in high-performance environments and are motivated by mission and results.
  • Excel at listening, communicating clearly, and building rapport with both parents and teens.
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales targets through disciplined follow-through.
  • Love helping others make informed, life-changing decisions with clarity and peace of mind.
  • Are proactive, organized, and comfortable owning your calendar and results in a remote role.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), NCAA rules, or recruiting platforms.

Why work for Crimson?

  • Make a measurable impact on young athletes’ futures.
  • Join a high-integrity, mission-driven team that blends competitive excellence with deep purpose.
  • Work with autonomy, support, and vision — all in a remote environment
  • Help build a global brand in athlete development and recruitment.
