As our new IT Recruiter, you’ll often be the first person candidates meet - which makes you the face of the company. You’ll represent us with warmth, empathy, and professionalism - and yes, that really matters.

Beyond recruitment, you'll support onboarding, offboarding, and everyday HR needs.

A few words about the team

We're expanding our HR & Administration Department, and we’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our small and agile team. With this role, our department will grow to three people: our Head of HR and Administration, our Office Assistant, and you – our future recruitment expert.

Your tasks

  • Hiring top IT talents across various seniority levels

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer

  • Writing, publishing and promoting engaging job ads

  • Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

  • Building and maintaining a long-term candidate database

  • Suggesting and implementing new sourcing strategies/tools

  • Collaborating with job agencies and freelancers when needed

  • Communicating regularly with management on recruitment needs, progress, and reporting

  • Supporting HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

  • Cooperating with the Head of HR and Administration on daily team initiatives
