Digital Wellness Support Coordinator (Remote, Flexible Hours)

Help patients start their wellness journey—all from your laptop.

We’re hiring a Digital Wellness Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential patients reaching out via SMS. You’ll also provide occasional phone support and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate guide to help clients access the care they need.

This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone seeking supplemental income with the freedom to respond on their own schedule—while still being responsive and engaged during core hours.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Quickly reply to inbound text inquiries with professionalism and warmth

  • Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and goals

  • Schedule calls via tools like Calendly when deeper conversations are needed

  • Input and update client data in our CRM and scheduling platforms

  • Build rapport with new leads and foster trust over time

  • Send helpful, friendly follow-ups as needed
