Mpathic is seeking Lead Development Representatives (LDR) to support a market-leading international technology company offering cloud-based fax solutions.

Position Overview: The Lead Development Representative (LDR) will qualify and refer leads to our client’s internal sales representatives. Qualified buyers will consist of companies that have a need for a product that our client offers or currently uses a competitor’s version of those products, has engagement and agreement from someone with purchasing authority/responsibility at the buyer’s organization to participate in the sales meeting, and a described estimation of the prospective customer’s document transmission process.  


This position is fully remote. 


This role focuses on proactive outreach, lead qualification, and close client collaboration to ensure seamless handoff of opportunities. The LDR will leverage strong communication skills, CRM tools, and a secure VPN environment to engage prospects and drive revenue growth in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage potential leads through inbound and outbound methods, including calling, emailing, SMS, and chat. 
  • Quickly assess prospect needs and align them with the customer’s solutions, identifying decision-makers within target organizations using qualification frameworks. 
  • Work with client sales team and Mpathic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to understand and communicate key selling points tailored to specific customer needs, ensuring a smooth transition of qualified leads to the internal sales team. 
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and thorough documentation of all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, adhering to established business processes. 
  • As designated and appropriate, follow up on all leads until a sale is closed or a valid reason for discontinuation is identified, building relationships and addressing objections to move prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets, demonstrating consistent improvement. 
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs across industries, particularly healthcare, to effectively position solutions. 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives. 
Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with an unvarying professional, courteous, and empathetic approach. 
  • B2B sales or lead development experience preferred but not required. 
  • Experience with O365 applications; familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and Contact Center platforms, a plus.  
  • Ability to quickly assess prospect needs and identify decision-makers in external organizations. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work autonomously and within a close-knit team. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail in logging sales interactions and managing progress through sales stages. 
  • Proactive problem-solving skills based on established processes and procedures. 
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback. 
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace for calls and online meetings with minimal background noise. Noise-canceling headset is preferred. 
  • Dual-monitor desk set up recommended.  
  • High-speed internet connection and a late-model computer. 
  • Ability to clear required background checks and provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States. 

Salary Description 

Shifts available: Monday-Friday Business Hours by Time Zone.

Starting Pay is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Eligible for performance bonuses.
