Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday.
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Desk Manager to lead our support operations and deliver prompt, expert-level assistance to clients and internal teams. This role is a blend of advanced technical support, bug resolution, and development troubleshooting, requiring deep familiarity with platforms like WordPress, NodeJS, and React.
As the first point of contact for technical escalations, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure clients receive seamless service. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues, managing support tickets, and communicating with clients through clear, professional, and fluent English—often via video calls.
The ideal candidate is highly responsive, technically capable, and comfortable working in Docker-based environments.
Proven experience in a technical support or development-focused support desk role
Strong knowledge of WordPress, NodeJS, and React
Experience debugging and resolving complex technical issues independently
Familiarity with Docker environments and server-side configurations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
Experience conducting client-facing video meetings
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues at once
